“朋友常常见”
在世界地图上，黑山共和国是欧洲巴尔干半岛上的一个小国，前南斯拉夫电影《桥》及其脍炙人口的主题曲《啊！朋友再见》或许是大多数国人对于它仅有的印象。
但对宁波而言，“这位朋友”其实“常常见”。有一家名为Plantaze的黑山酒企，自2015年起每年都赴宁波参展，是复展率最高的中东欧客商之一。即使是去年展会因疫情中断，对方也在线上参展宁波的中东欧商品云上展。
正是通过这种线上线下常年办展的方式，有力促进了宁波与黑山的双边贸易。据统计，2020年，宁波对黑山进出口同比增长12.2%，其中进口更是大增83.3%。该品牌红酒通过本届博览会，预计能达到200万欧元的意向订单。
去年年初，新冠疫情肆虐，黑山共和国前驻华大使帕约维奇和黑山共和国客商、高校、华人华侨纷纷慷慨解囊，向中国捐赠口罩或录制慰问视频。尤其是去年1月，在中国国家女子水球队因疫情进退维谷之时，也是黑山主动邀请并提供训练支持……
当时，国家女子水球队去黑山集训的姑娘里，就有一位宁波的姑娘王欢，她是亚运冠军。今年24岁的王欢，身高1.83米，2007年因优异的表现和游泳天赋，被选拔到浙江省游泳队。在省运会上，王欢拿下仰泳项目冠军，2010年又被上海市水球队选中，从游泳项目“跨界”专攻水球项目。
数不尽的黑山情，道不完的宁波元素。更值得期待的是，在今年的中国—中东欧国家博览会上，除了大家耳熟能详的黑山商品外，还有不少黑山服务也线上参展。比如， 贾德兰水球队也在报名参展的名单里，以服务贸易形式线上参展。贾德兰水球队被誉为“水球人才的梦工厂”。在过去的六年中，俱乐部接待了20多个水球国家队梦（包括中国水球国家队），举办了100多个水球训练营。
此外，飞翔黑山旅行社、GABC在线教育平台以及HIGHSKY华天投资有限公司等均获邀参展。HIGHSKY华天投资有限责任公司负责人阎春雨认为，黑山人与中国人有着很多相同的品质，例如：做事认真、热情好客、待人真诚、以和为贵。
“在黑山，你可以看到每個人的脸上都洋溢着笑容。黑山人民对中国的发展非常敬佩，对中国人也特别友好，在得知我是中国人后，他们会经常来关照我，而且常常跟我说‘我们很羡慕中国的发展‘我们很感谢中国的支持，还会兴致勃勃地和我一起探讨中国与黑山之间的合作关系。这让我感到既亲切又自豪。”
而在文化领域的合作中，让阎春雨“不得不提”的是黑山大学孔子学院。自2015年成立以来，黑山大学孔子学院已经培训了超过1000名黑山学生，其中能够熟练驾驭汉语的佼佼者层出不穷，为汉文化在当地的传播打开了局面。而经过孔子学院汉语培训的学生，很多都在中黑合作的各种项目中找到了心仪的工作。
对于未来，阎春雨已经做好了长远规划。她说，黑山有着优越的地理位置、绝佳的自然环境、友好的风土民情以及非常给力的财税政策，在农业、旅游业、运输业等领域都存在着巨大的发展潜力，自己今后会长期立足于这个国家的贸易合作，在发展壮大公司的过程中，也为中黑双方的互利共赢尽己所能。
“作为联络官，我会一如既往地积极促进中黑之间的交流合作。”她还希望中国—中东欧国家博览会能够一直举办下去，持续为两地的合作交流提供一个高效稳定的平台。
“A Good Old Friend”
At the corner of the Balkans， bordering the Adriatic Sea in Southeastern Europe， lies Montenegro， a country that most Chinese people perhaps do not know too much， save for the popular film The Bridge and its even more well-known theme song Bella Ciao.
But for Ningbo， Montenegro is “a good old friend”. Plantaze， a Montenegrin wine producer， is one of the most frequent visitors to the city， participating in Ningbos myriad international expos every year since 2015. Even in 2020， when physical exhibitions were suspended because of COVID-19， Plantaze took part in the CEEC Products Online Fair.
Bilateral trade between Ningbo and Montenegro has been greatly facilitated by such exchanges. Statistics show a 12.2% year-on-year increase of Ningbos import and export to Montenegro for 2020， of which import grew by a whopping 83.3%. During the 2021 China-CEEC Expo， Plantaze is expected to receive orders worth two million euros for its wine and brandy.
Not only popular Montenegrin products and companies have come to the 2021 China-CEEC Expo， Montenegrin services have also been brought into the fold. For example， PVK Jadran， a top Montenegrin water polo team， joined the online section of the Expo as a part of trade in services. As Montenegros most popular sport， water polo has also figured prominently in China-Montenegro relations. In January 2020， the Chinese womens national water polo team was on a training tour in Europe when COVID-19 struck. As the team was stuck because of the travel restrictions suddenly imposed， it was Montenegro that extended invitations and offered training support. And Montenegrin businesses， schools and its former ambassador to China Darko Pajovi? donated money and masks to help China fight COVID-19.
“In Montenegro， you can see smiles on everyones face. Montenegro people admire Chinas development greatly， and they are particularly friendly to Chinese，” said Yan Chunyu， CEO of High Sky Investment Co. Ltd. “When they know Im from China， they often say to me， ‘we appreciate Chinas support， and will cheerfully discuss the relationship between the China and Montenegro， which makes me very proud.”
Yan is especially impressed by the Confucius Institute at the University of Montenegro. The institute has trained over 1，000 Montenegrin students since its establishment in 2015， who are instrumental in disseminating Chinese language and Chinese culture in Montenegro. “As an ‘unofficial diplomat between the two countries， I will try my best to promote the exchanges between the two sides，” Yan said.
