新学期英语教研组的各位老师将认真学习,着力贯彻落实市教委关于课程教学的精神,梳理问题,进一步推进上海市第二期课程教材改革;以课堂教学改进计划的实施为抓手,努力探索新的课堂教学模式。本组工作将围绕学校工作核心

“深化课堂教学改革,提升教育教学质量”,进一步加强教学基础管理,增强团队意识,加强集体备课,倡导教师间的彼此学习交流,提高教师自身素养,实现教师的专业化发展,同时,增强学生学习的自觉性,体现以学生发展为本,减负增效,从而全面提升学校的办学水准,切实提高课堂教学有效性,培养更多高素质的学生。

本学期为了落实“让学生动起来,让课堂活起来”,英语组计划开展多项工作。在此,制定如下计划:

1、课题引领促教研。

在专家做专题指导的基础上,积极推广已经结题的《基于母语环境的英语自主性阅读与表达能力培养途径研究》的研究成果,提升学生的口语与写作能力。加强教研组活动中“研”的成分,注重课题研究与课堂教学的整合,在课堂实践中就某一点重点突破,获得反思,再提炼为经验、总结。以此激发、保持各个层面的学生英语学习的兴趣,使学生愿学、会学、主动学习的能力得以提高,同时不断促进教师的专业成长。

2、单元设计促优化。

备课始终是教学五环节中的重要环节。本学期在充分保证备课组活动时间的前提下,要求各备课组成员发挥集体智慧,共同仔细研究教材教法,以学生实际为前提,以单元或章节为单位定主备人,完成原创教学设计,体现个性化。

3、教学研讨增效益。

进一步完善开课方式,提高教学观摩、研讨质量。本学期区级、校级骨干每学期参与教学研讨课,其余教师进行观摩和评课。继续推进课堂教学改革,激发学生主动学习的积极性。观课要求:每位教师每学期观课不少于10节(学科课堂教学,不包括教研活动记录),其中校内观课不少于6节,评课不少于4节(以上交评价表为准)。

4、作业辅导促质量

教师在完成课堂教学的基础上精心设计、挑选习题,针对学生不同实际水平,尽可能体现分层,不搞题海战。批阅作业时,要写上批阅日期、鼓励性的和多样性的批语,并注重订正作业的再批改。教师采用因材施教的方法,主动对学生进行课外辅导,指导学习方法。对学习有困难的学生,适时进行“查缺”、“补漏”,辅导应耐心、细致、循循善诱。对学有余力的学生开展各种提高、竞赛辅导,培养学生的特长、爱好。对课余的辅导做好适时的记录。

5、及时梳理促提升。

各备课组、教研组在开展教研活动的同时,及时积累案例和工作经验,填写活动记录。

6、开设拓展型、探究型课程。

教师在课内和课外的各种场合要搭建平台展示学生学习英语的收获。老师可根据自己的特长和爱好,开设英语歌曲、英语原版片欣赏和空中英语教室等课程,分年级举办英语单词比赛、报刊阅读比赛和编写英语小报比赛,鼓励学生在老师和班级博客上及时发布学习成果。相关老师还要做好迎世博英语竞赛决赛的辅导工作,争取收获更多更高水准的奖项。
